Delete your account

In the app

When available: Settings → Account → Delete account. This removes your profile, mailbox tokens we store, and derived tracking records.

By email

Email from the address linked to your account:

• Write to [SUPPORT EMAIL]
• Subject: Delete my Trakit account
• Include the email address on your Trakit account

No in-page deletion backend is connected. The button opens a mailto draft to support@trakit.dev — update [SUPPORT EMAIL] before launch.

What deletion removes

Account profile, stored mailbox tokens, and derived tracking data (subscriptions, flights, packages, reminders, and related structured records).

What may be retained

Limited records may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting purposes, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Processing time

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within [PROCESSING TIME] (for example, 30 days).

Disconnect Google access

After deletion, revoke Trakit in your Google Account (or other provider) security / third-party access settings so the connection cannot be reused.
