Connecting Gmail
In the app, choose Connect inbox and approve read access. If authorization fails, revoke Trakit in your Google Account third-party access settings, then try again. -
Data synchronization
After connecting, Trakit scans recent mail to build your tracking view. New messages may take a short time to appear depending on sync status and provider limits. -
Subscription detection
We look for receipts and renewal confirmations. Unusual formats may not parse yet — send an example with sensitive details removed to [SUPPORT EMAIL]. -
Flight and package detection
Confirmations and shipping updates are matched into flights and packages. Missing items are usually due to atypical email templates. -
Privacy
See the Privacy Policy for how mailbox data is used. Google user data is not sold and is used only to power Trakit features for you. -
Disconnecting an inbox
Disconnect in the app settings when available, and revoke access in your Google (or other provider) security settings so tokens can no longer be used. -
Deleting an account
